Our in-house profile bonding system enables the precise bonding of profiles for minimalist frames that place the highest demands on design and stability. Using state-of-the-art technology and innovative processes, we offer customised solutions that meet even the most complex requirements. We can bond both straight and curved panes – with a height of up to 6 metres and a weight of up to 2 tonnes. The workshop, which opened in 2024, has already realised projects worldwide – including the renowned Davis Center in New York as well as construction projects in the Caribbean, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Hungary and Germany. We focus on the highest precision and quality to deliver each project to perfection and enrich the global standard for modern architecture.

At the end of 2024, we were commissioned to bond the profiles to the panes for the Davis Centre in Central Park, New York!

Straight or curved? No problem!
With our flexible bonding system, we bond both straight and curved panes with profile mouldings – also as a service for partner companies at home and abroad.
We can process panes weighing up to 2 tonnes – even when bent, with a minimum radius of 1.4 metres.
